Changing a reservation

Changing a reservation may happen when you need to change the check in or check out dates. This means that you have to select new dates for your reservation.

Here are some few steps to follow.

Step 1. Login to your Account

The first step is by logging into your account to gain access to all the functionalities. To login, visit home page, click on login and fill in your details.


Step 2. Access Your Trip Records

To be able to change anything on your reservation you need to gain access to your trip records. Click on your trip to access all the records.


Step 3. Changing reservation details

Once you have clicked on your trip you will gain access to records of your reservation showing room name, check in, check out and status details.

Click on check in and check out to make changes on the dates.
